To use World Link you must register your numbers. You cannot use World Link from unregistered numbers. Register numbers you call from, such as your home phone, mobile and fax. Include the area code. Register as many numbers as you like. (050 and prepaid numbers cannot be registered. For land lines, only standard NTT lines – not IP phones, like Hikari Denwa or cable TV company lines – can be registered.)

This is a summary of the original Japanese authorization agreement. The original is the binding agreement.

The services World Link promotes are provided by Nittel Inc. We, us and our refer to Nittel Inc. You, your and yours refer to you, the customer.

1	Service
* We provide service according to the terms written here.
* You pay us by bank draft, credit card, or at a convenience store.

2	Application for Service
* You must fill out an application form to register for our service.
* By submitting an application you agree that Nittel will process that application.
* We have the right to refuse any application.

3	Start of Service
* You can use our service once we finish processing your application.
* We notify you by post once your application has been processed.

4	Rates
* You pay for our service according to our rates.

5	Billing and Payment
* The billing cycle is from the first of the month to the end of the month.
* You must pay your bill according to the payment method you chose.
* Unless you cancel or change your agreement with us, you must pay the full amount of your bill.
* Unpaid bills incur an additional annual interest charge of 12.6%.
* If you choose credit card as your method of payment, you agree that we will charge your credit card without your signature.

6	Cancellation of Service
* Your notice to us of cancellation must be in writing.
* We have the right to cancel your account without notice in certain circumstances.
* When you cancel our service we delete all personal information of yours immediately.
* You must pay any outstanding balance immediately.

7	Damages
* We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs related to our service.

8	Notification
* You must notify us of any changes to your account with us.

9	Changes to this Agreement
* Any changes we make to this agreement will be posted on our website.

10	Jurisdiction
* Tokyo District Court has legal jurisdiction over any dispute between you and us.
